Die Death Metal-Band UNDEATH hat mit “Entranced By The Pendulum” einen weiteren Video-Clip von ihrem aktuellen Album “Lesions Of A Different Kind” veröffentlicht. Zuvor hat das Trio aus New York den Titeltrack veröffentlicht, bei welchem Trevor Strnad (THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER) als Gast-Sänger mitwirkt, sowie ein Video zu “Acidic Twilight Visions“.
“Trevor is the man and has put us on from the very beginning”, schwärmt die Band. “He even came out to our first-ever Brooklyn show, which was also our third or fourth show ever. We’re all fans of THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER and really admire how much Trevor supports and promotes underground bands, so asking him to be on this song was kind of a no-brainer – and he killed it!”
“Lesions Of A Different Kind” ist das erste Album der US-Amerikaner, die zuvor zwei Demos und eine Split mit DEVOID OF THOUGHT veröffentlicht haben. Gerade zu den Demos meint Steve Joh von Prosthetic Records: “I loved the demos, the riffs are sick. So psyched that we get to work with them.”
Das Debütalbum von UNDEATH wurde gemeinsam mit Scoops Dardaris im Headroom in Philadelphia aufgenommen. Gemixt und gemastert wurden die Songs von Ben Cultrara. Das Cover-Artwork stammt von Drummer Matt Browning. Die weiteren Band-Mitglieder sind Sänger Alex Joseph und Gitarrist Kyle Beam.
