Die “Doom flavored Death Metal”-Band INFIRMUM hat nach “Shadows of the past” und “Cause Of Sorrow” mit “Silence” eine weitere Single von ihrem kommenden Albums “Walls Of Sorrow” veröffentlicht. Es ist das erste Album des Solo-Projekt von Timo Solonen, der für die Aufnahmen Session-Musiker für Bass und Drums engagierte.
Timo Solonen war in der finnischen Metal Szene der 90er-Jahre aktiv, trat zuletzt jedoch weniger in Erscheinung. Zu sinem Projekt meint der Finne: “Old and tired? Bullshit! Some might complain that only young people are brave enough to stick their neck out. But now unknown grey beard is debunking that assumption and pushing some gloominess to the hearts of the listeners. Darkness is beautiful even if it´s slow or fast. As a warning the music might cause some changes in your mood as the songs are about the feelings that human might go through in some days.
Das Debütalbum von INFIRMUM wird am 28. Februar 2020 via Inverse Records erscheinen.
