Am 17. Juli 2026 erscheint via Metal Blade Records das neue PSYCROPTIC-Album „The Pulse Of Annihilation“. Mit einem Video zu „Gathering a Venomous Herd“ stellt die Technical Death Metal-Band nun einen ersten Track daraus vor:
„The Pulse Of Annihilation ist der Höhepunkt unseres bisherigen Schaffens“, sagt Gitarrist Joe Haley. „Wir erzwingen stilistisch nichts, wir lassen die Songs sich von selbst entfalten – dabei sorgen wir für Weiterentwicklung, bleiben aber ganz und gar PSYCROPTIC. Ich finde, dies ist unsere bisher epischste, thrashigste, technisch anspruchsvollste und zugleich groovigste Veröffentlichung.“
Produziert hat das Album Haley in seinem Crawlspace Productions-Studio, das Coverartwork kommt von Belial Necroarts.
