Die Symphonic Death Metal-Band EPHEMERALD hat mit “All There Is” ein Lyric-Video von ihrem kommenden Album “Between the Glimpses of Hope” veröffentlicht. Zuvor ist schon der Albumtrack “Servant” und das Lyric-Video zu “No Fall Is Too Deep” erschienen.
“Between the Glimpses of Hope” ist das erste Album der Finnen. “The album tells a story about countless new beginnings and attempts to break free from the shackles of the past”, erklärt die Band. “Yet if it’s mainly the external factors which are changing without a profound attempt to improve yourself, there’s often a familiar darkness lurking in the shadows after the first rays of dawn have withered away.”
Das Album wurde von Juhis Kauppinen (u.a. für APEX tätig) in den ShedStudios produziert und von Mika Jussila (u.a. für AMORPHIS tätig) bei Finnvox gemastert. Das Cover-Artwork stammt von Petri Lampela (u.a. für RIFFTERA tätig).
EPHEMERALD sind Gitarrist Joni Snoro (Ex-FROSTTIDE), Bassist Lauri Myllylä (VOIDFALLEN, Ex-FROSTTIDE), Sänger Vesa Salovaara (VORNA), Drummer Juho Suomi (APOCRYFAL) und Keyboarder Tuomo Sagulin.
“Between the Glimpses of Hope” wird am 19. Februar 2020 via Inverse Records erscheinen.
