Die Technical Death Metal-Band SPECTRUM OF DELUSION hat mit dem Video zu „Await The Transition“ einen weiteren Track ihres kommenden Albums „Neoconception“ veröffentlicht. Zuvor sind schon das Lyric-Video zu „Into Another Formation“ und das Playthrough-Video zu „Through Mankind’s True Ambition“ erschienen.
„Neoconception“ ist nach „Esoteric Entity“ (2017) das zweite Album der Niederländer und wurde von Rabin Miguel produziert. Das Cover-Artwork stammt von Caelan Stokkermans (u.a. für EXOCRINE tätig).
„To shed a little light on the story though, it is about the experience of a person whose reality suddenly turns defunct, the world events that follow, and the person in question’s journey of dealing with it“, erklärt die Band zum Inhalt des neuen Albums.
SPECTRUM OF DELUSION sind Sänger Douwe Negenman, Bassist Jerry Kamer, die Gitarristen Frank van Rijswijk und Nathan Bonkerk sowie Drummer Jeroen Mostert. Die Akustik-Gitarren wurden von Nick Padovani (EQUIPOISE) eingespielt, während Robbert Kok (DISAVOWED) als Gast-Sänger auftritt.
„Neoconception“ wird am 11. September 2020 via The Artisan Era erscheinen.
