Die Melodic Death Metal-Band COUNTLESS SKIES hat ihr kommendes Albums “Glow” als Stream zur Verfügung gestellt. Es ist nach “New Dawn” (2016) das zweite Album des englischen Quartetts aus Hertfordshire.
Der Großteil des Albums wurde im Heimstudio von Gitarrist James Pratt aufgenommen. “It took a lot of learning and some expensive purchases, but it did have its upside. Not under the normal time constraints of being in a studio, we could take more risks, and get better performances from everyone. We also spent a lot of time adding more layers, harmonies, and even some extra instruments.”
Gemixt und gemastert wurde das Album von Juho Räihä (GLORIA MORTI, SWALLOW THE SUN) bei SoundSpiral Audio. Das Cover-Artwork stammt wie auch Debütalbum von Carl Ellis. Zusätzliche Unterstützung fand die Band durch Cellistin Arianna Mahsayeh und Pianist Marcello Ciciriello.
COUNTLESS SKIES sind Sänger und Gitarrist Ross King, Gitarrist James Pratt, Drummer Nathan Robshaw sowie Bassist Phil Romeo.
“Glow” wird am 6. November 2020 via Willowtip Records erscheinen.
