Die Death / Thrash Metal-Band MERCYLESS hat mit “Laqueum Diaboli” einen Video-Clip von ihrem kommenden Album „The Mother of All Plagues“ veröffentlicht. Es ist das siebte Album in der 33 Jahre andauernden Geschichte der Band aus Frankreich.
“The Mother of All Plagues” wurde im Vamacara Studio produziert. Das Cover-Artwork stammt von Nestor Alavos (u.a. für HECATE ENTHRONED tätig).
MERCYLESS sind Gitarrist und Sänger Max Otero, Gitarrist Gautier Merklen, Bassist Yann Tligui sowie Drummer Laurent Michalak. Für so manches Gitarren-Solo wurden die Gast-Musiker Stéphane Viard (Ex-MERCYLESS), Florent Santina (ABYSSAL ASCENDANT), Michel Dumas (THE SEVEN GATES) und Anthony Derycke (CATACOMB) begrüßt.
„The Mother of All Plagues“ von MERCYLESS wird am 21. August 2020 via Xenokorp erscheinen. Als Bonus zur CD und Vinyl-Version gibt es zudem die Cover-EP “Sovereign Evil“.
