CHAMPION lösen sich auf. Was sich zuerst nur von Mund zu Mund verbreitete, hat nun durch ein Statement von Bridge9 Records Gewissheit. Die aus Seattle stammende Hardcore-Band ist damit Geschichte. Am 27. Mai findet in Seattle die Abschiedsshow statt. Im Anhang findet ihr das Statement von Bridge9:
For the past 4 years, working with Champion and releasing their records has been an amazing partnership. Two EP´s and an LP of fun, fast and exciting HardCore by a group of some of the most sincere individuals you´ll come across in this ´scene´. They put their lives on hold and worked harder than literally any band we´ve ever worked with, so they could tour from one end of this earth to the other, playing live to more kids in more countries than anyone. I´m sorry to see them go, but the legacy that they´ll leave on a new generation of HardCore kids will continue on.
