Die Melodic Death Metal-Band VOIDFALLEN hat mit “The Daughters” eine neue Single mitsamt Video-Clip veröffentlicht. Es ist eine von zwei Singles, welche die Finnen bis zum Frühling 2020 veröffentlichen werden.
Die Singles können als Überbrückung zwischen der vorjährigen EP “The Sinners, the Plague and the Voidfallen” und dem Debütalbum gelten, das 2021 erscheinen soll.
“The Daughters” wurde von Juhamatti Kauppinen gemixt und von Mika Jussila of Finnvox (u.a. für CHILDREN OF BODOM tätig). gemastert.
Zum Song meint die Band: “The lyrics tell a story of real life that has been raised into more theatratical proportions. As usual we are not going to go into details what exactly the song is about to us. We want to leave the listener the freedom to create their own visualisation of it, what it means to them.”
