Die Experimental Deathgrind-Band KNOLL hat mit “Scattered Prism” eine neue Single veröffentlicht. Es ist der erste Release der noch jungen Band aus Memphis.
Zum Song meint die Band: “We recorded it as a fragment of a much larger piece, encompassing the first iterations of experiments with sound and its geometry. The track is descriptive of an innumerably sided prism that expands and contracts, permeating the psyche as a manifestation of intrusive thought.”
“Scattered Prism” wurde gemeinsam mit Andy Nelson (LIKE RATS, Ex-WEEKEND NACHOS) bei Bricktop Recordings in Chicago aufgenommen, von Kurt Ballou (CONVERGE) gemixt und von Brad Boatright (FROM ASHES RISE) gemastert
Die Debüt-Single von KNOLL ist am 6. November 2020 erschienen.
