Die Heavy Metal-Band IRONFLAME hat nach dem Lyric-Video “Seekers of the Blade” mit “Blood Red Cross” einen Video-Clip von ihrem kommenden Album “Blood Red Victory” veröffentlicht. Es ist nach “Lightning Strikes the Crown” (2017) und “Tales of Splendor and Sorrow” (2018) das dritte Album der Band aus Ohio.
IRONFLAME bestehen grundsätzlich einzig aus Andrew D´Cagna (NECHOCHWEN, UNWILLING FLESH, BRIMSTONE COVEN), der auch das Album bei Martins Ferry in Ohio produziert hat. Unterstützt wurde er von den Gitarristen Quinn Lukas (ICARUS WITCH) und Jesse Scott (DEFY THE TIDE), die einige Soli beisteuerten.
Zum Inhalt des Albums meint Andrew D´Cagna: “There is a recurring theme of victory in the lyrics for this album. Some songs have an air of chest-out confidence; others are about overcoming adversaries or even adversity itself. Most have been written from a “we/us” perspective, which makes the listener feel like, “We´re in this together”.”
“Blood Red Victory” wird am 7. Februar 2020 via Divebomb Records (CD) und Metalworld Switzerland (Vinyl and Tape) erscheinen.
