Die Melodic Death / Symphonic Metal-Band GONE IN APRIL hat nach “If You Join Me” mit “Empire of Loss” einen weiteren Video-Clip von ihrem aktuellen Album “Shards of Light” veröffentlicht. Es ist nach “We Are but Human” (2011) und “Threads of Existence” (2016) das dritte Album der Kanadier.
“Shards of Light” wurde im WaveTransform Recording Studio in Knoxville aufgenommen und dort von Tom Morris gemixt. Das Mastering lag in den Händen von Yannick St-Amand (DESPISED ICON).
GONE IN APRIL sind Sänger Aaron Rogers, Gitarrist Marc-André Gingras, Violistin und Sängerin Julie Bélanger Roy (MÄRCHENBILDER), Drummer Yanic Bercier (THE WRATH PROJECT) sowie Bassist Steve DiGiorgio (TESTAMENT, CHARRED WALLS OF THE DAMNED).
