FIREWIND veröffentlichten am 1. September 2023 ihr neues Live-Album “Still Raging – Live At Principal Club Theater” via AFM Records als spezielles Bundle aus BluRay und zwei CDs. Zum Release stellt die Gruppe mit dem Clip “Ode To Leonidas” einen weiteren Auszug des Konzerts bei YouTube vor.
Als Vorgeschmack teilte die Gruppe zuvor auch einen Mitschnitt des Songs “Mercenary Man” bei YouTube.
Gitarrist Gus G äußert sich über die Jubiläumsveröffentlichung wie folgt:
“Kaum zu glauben, dass es eine Band wie Firewind schon seit zwei Jahrzehnten gibt. Im Jahr 2022 hatten wir lediglich eine Neuauflage unseres Debütalbums geplant, aber mit dem langsamen Abklingen der Pandemie hatten wir das Glück, wieder Shows in Amerika und Europa spielen zu können. Im Herbst 2022 spielten wir dann zwei Headlinershows in unserer Heimat Griechenland, um unser 20-jähriges Jubiläum zu feiern.”
