Mit “Wild Rites and Ancient Songs” wird in einigen Wochen das neue Album der True / Heavy Metal-Band BLAZON RITE erscheinen. Es ist nach “Endless Halls of Golden Totem” (2021) das zweite Album der US-Amerikaner aus Philadelphia.
“Wild Rites and Ancient Songs” wurde gemeinsam mit Kevin Bernsten (u.a. für NOISEM tätig) im Developing Nations Studio in Baltimore aufgenommen und mit einem Cover-Artwork von Matt Stikker (DROUTH) ausgestattet. Erscheinen wird das Album am 14. April 2023 via Gates Of Hell Records. Vorab gibt es den Track “Salvage What You Can of the Night” zu hören.
BLAZON RITE sind Gitarrist Pierson Roe (Ex-WITH THE END IN MIND), Drummer Ryan Haley, Gitarrist James Kirn, Bassist Devin Graham und Sänger Johnny Halladay.
