Die Black Metal-Band MOONREICH hat mit “Wormgod” den eröffnenden Titeltrack ihrer kommenden EP veröffentlicht. Die EP folgt dem vorjährigen vierten Album der Franzosen: “Fugue”.
“Wormgod” wurde von Frédéric Gervais (ORAKLE) im Henosis Studio produziert und wird vom DEPECHE MODE-Cover “Broken” abgeschlossen.
MOONREICH wird stark von Gitarrist und Sänger Weddir (Ex-THE NEGATION) geprägt, der die Band 2008 mitbegründete.
Zum Band-Mastermind und zur Band an sich sagt Gérald Milani – Labelmanager bei Les Acteurs de l´Ombre Productions, wo “Wormgod” am 22. November 2019 erscheinen wird: “MOONREICH is a special case in our roster. Weddir is a former member of our association. I know him since 2004 and our collaboration came naturally. I closely followed the band´s evolution when Weddir decided to change label and ask us to cooperate. The band´s new approach fitted with the artistic identity of the label – its progressive aspect, filled with post hardcore influences, killing and catchy riffs, a devastating energy… It all seems logical, as if it was meant to be. Once again a family business, based on trust…”
