Die Blackened Melodic Death Metal-Band VOLCANDRA hat mit „Beyond the Will of Mortals“ ein neues Album angekündigt. Es ist nach „Into the Azure“ (2020) und „The Way of Ancients“ (2024) das dritte Album der US-Amerikaner aus Kentucky und stelle ein Konzeptalbum dar, das sich mit Themen wie Korruption, Erlösung, Verlust, Rache und Wiedergutmachung befasst, eingebettet in eine originelle High-Fantasy-Geschichte.
„Beyond the Will of Mortals“ wurde von Mike Low produziert und mit einem Cover-Artwork von Adam Burke ausgestattet. Release-Termin ist der 24. April 2026 via Prosthetic Records. Vorab gibt es zum eröffnenden Titeltrack einen Video-Clip.
