Die Heavy / Thrash Metal-Band TOXIKULL hat nach “Rising Dust” mit dem Video zu “Cursed and Punished” einen weiteren Track ihres kommenden Albums “Cursed and Punished” veröffentlicht. Es ist nach “Black Sheep” (2016) das zweite Album der Portugiesen und folgt der EP “The Nightraiser” (2018) nach.
“Cursed and Punished” wurde bei Demigod Recordings von dessen Inhaber Miguel Tereso (u.a. für DARK OATH tätig) produziert. Das Cover-Artwork stammt von Velio Josto (u.a. für VULTURE tätig) und soll alle zehn Tracks visualisieren. TOXIKULL-Sänger und Gitarrist Lex Thunder (MIDNIGHT PRIEST) meint dazu: “It´s a cold vision of life painted in the moment. The mental and physical tortures that we all are cursed to live. You can´t run away from it. And if you try to break the spell (suicide) you will be punished again and again.”
“Cursed and Punished” von TOXIKULL wird am 13. September 2019 via Metal on Metal Records erscheinen.
