Die Melodic Metal-Band TEMPERANCE hat nach “Mission Impossible“, “My Demons Can’t Sleep” und “I Am The Fire” mit “Start Another Round” einen weiteren Track ihres aktuellen Albums “Viridian” veröffentlicht. Es ist bereits das fünfte Album in der seit 2013 währenden Band-Historie der Italielner – und das erste, das bei Napalm Records erscheint.
Gitarrist, Sänger und Hauptkomponist von TEMPERANCE Marco Pastorino (LIGHT & SHADE, Ex-SECRET SPHERE) meint zum Album: “We’ve worked hard during the last year to write our best songs ever. This is our heaviest album so far, yet with a lot of melodies, vocal harmonies and epic modern metal hymns! The recording process was super fun and we really enjoyed finding new, different ways to express ourselves with our music.”
Neben Pastorino sind auch Band-Mitbegründer und Bassist Liuk Abbott (EVEN FLOW, LIGHT & SHADE), Drummer Alfonso Mocerino (STARBYNARY) sowie die Sänger Alessia Scolletti und Michele Guaitoli (OVERTURES, VISIONS OF ATLANTIS) Teil der Band. Als Gast-Musikerin ist Flöten-Spielerin Sarah Teets (MINDMAZE) auf “Viridian” zu hören.
“Viridian” von TEMPERANCE ist am 24. Januar 2020 erschienen. Ab März 2020 begleitet die Band zudem TARJA auf ihrer “RAW Tour 2020”.
