Alexander Wank (PUNGENT STENCH) meldet sich mit seiner neuen Band SANGUE zurück. Diese wird am 15. April 2019 via Nuclear War Now! Productions ihr Debütalbum „Culs“ veröffentlichen. Zuvor hatte die italienische Death Metal-Band mit dem österreichischen Drummer bereits eine selbstbetitelte EP veröffentlicht.
Eröffnet wird „Culs“ von einem Intro von Claudio Simonetti (Ex-GOBLIN), der auch Soundtracks zu einer Reihe von Horror-Filmen komponiert hatte. Diese Horror-Thema wurde auch von Enzo Sciotti aufgenommen, der ein Poster-Artwork zum Album beisteuert. Scitotti ist für seine Filmposter bekannt. Das Cover-Artwork an sich stammt von Timo Ketola (u.a. für WATAIN tätig).
