Mit „Defeated by Their Inferiority“ wird in wenigen Tagen das neue Album der Slam / Brutal Death Metal-Band ESOPHAGUS erscheinen. Es ist das erste Album der Chilenen, die seit ihrer Band-Gründung vor über zehn Jahren auch zwei EPs veröffentlicht haben.

„Defeated by Their Inferiority“ wurde von Gitarrist Victor Araneda im Nazarenus Studio im chilenischen Concepcion produziert. Gemixt und gemastert wurde das Album von Darren Cesca (Ex-ARSIS). Das Cover-Artwork stammt von Par Olofsson (u.a. für IMMOLATION tätig).

Das Debütalbum von ESOPHAGUS wird am 10. Mai 2020 via Realityfade Records erscheinen.
