Die Black / Death Metal-Band CRESCENT hat mit „A Sacrament to Aur“ ein neues Album angekündigt. Es ist das vierte Album der aus Kairo stammenden Band und folgt auf das 2020er-Album „Carving The Fires Of Akhet“ nach. Das neue Album, welches im Frühjahr 2026 via Listenable Records erscheinen soll, sei ein Übergangsritus durch den endlosen Kampf zwischen Existenz und Vergessenheit: Mit Visionen von Chaos und Ordnung, Tag und Nacht, Dunkelheit und Feuer, Set und Apophis. Das Cover-Artwork stammt von Artem Grigoryev.
