Die Symphonic / Gothic Metal-Band ANTHEA hat mit „Illusion“ ein neues Album angekündigt. Es ist das erste Album der Band aus Los Angeles, die 2017 eine selbstbetitelte EP veröffentlicht hatte.
Als zweiten Song vom Album hat die Band den Titeltrack als Video-Clip veröffenticht. Als erste Kostprobe lancierte die Band mit „Moirai“ ein Lyric-Video. Als Gast-Sängerin ist dabei Chiara Tricarico (MOONLIGHT HAZE, RAVENWORD, Ex-TEMPERANCE) zu hören.
Zum Song, der die Schönheit des Lebens einfangen soll, meint die Band: „We all tend to focus on our own little bubble, without really thinking about how everyone that ever was, is, and ever will be is connected in the grand scheme of things. To truly express this idea, we decided to include a second vocalist on the track from an entirely different part of the world. Italian symphonic metal singer Chiara Tricarico was up to the challenge and we are thrilled with the end result! Her voice added a beautiful new dimension to the song. She truly understood what the song was all about and what we were going for.“

„Illusion“ wurde von Will Salazar (AVANT GUARDIAN) in den Revenant Sound Studios gemixt und gemastert und wird am 23. Oktober 2020 via Rockshots Records erscheinen.
