Mit „Shape of Grief“ ist am 10. Januar 2025 das neue Album der Funeral Melancholic Doom Metal-Band VEIL OF CONSPIRACY erschienen. Es ist nach „Me, Us and Them“ (2019) und „Echoes of Winter“ (2021) das dritte Album der Italiener aus Rom.

„Shape of Grief“ wurde von Øystein G. Brun im Crosound Studio gemixt und gemastert. Das Cover-Foto stammt von Natalia Drepina. Nach dem Lyric-Video zu „In Misery Alone“ und dem Video-Clip zu „On Grey Fields“ gibt es mit „Distant Waves“ nun ein weiteres Lyric-Video.
