Die Power Metal-Band HELION PRIME hat mit “Mr. Torture” eine Cover-Version des HELLOWEEN-Klassikers als Lyric-Video veröffentlicht. Der Song entstand während der Aufnahme-Sessions zum letzten Album “Terror Of The Cybernetic Space Monster”.
Die Single markiert auch den Abschied von Sänger Sozos Michael, wie die Band erklärt: “With this release of “Mr. Torture” we want to say one final farewell to Sozos Michael as the HELION PRIME vocalist. Sozos has become a great friend to the members of the band and we have nothing but love for him. Unfortunately with rising issues in the USA concerning artist visas it became clear for the band to push forward in the direction it´s going we need someone more close to home, but this will not be the last you see from Sozos and prime members. Keep an eye out for updates on that!”
Der Sänger aus Zypern wurde durch Mary Zimmer (Ex-WHITE EMPRESS, Ex-LUNA MORTIS) ersetzt. Bereits mit ihr wurde der neue Song “The Final Theory” vorgestellt – ein Track, der auch auf dem neuen und dritten Album von HELION PRIME enthalten sein sollte, das im Laufe des Jahres 2020 via AFM Records erscheinen wird.
