Die Death Metal-Band ACT OF IMPALEMENT hat nach „Deities of the Weak“ mit „Piercing the Heavens“ einen zweiten Track ihres kommenden Albums „Profane Altar“ veröffentlicht. Es ist nach „Perdition Cult“ (2018) und „Infernal Ordinance“ (2023) das dritte Album der US-Amerikaner aus Nashville und wird am 28. Februar 2025 via Caligari Records erscheinen.

„Profane Altar“ wurde von Shibby Poole aufgenommen und gemixt und mit einem Cover-Artwork von Misanthropic Art ausgestattet.
