Die Pop-Punk-Band THE DOLLYROTS hat nach “Everything” und “In Your Face” mit “I Know How to Party” einen weiteren Video-Clip von ihrem kommenden Album “Daydream Explosion” veöffentlicht. Es ist das siebte Album des Ehepaars aus Los Angeles. Kelly Ogden und Luis Cabezas formierten sich im Übirgen bereits vor 18 Jahren zu einer Band.
“Daydream Explosion” hat dabei auch einen persönlichen Hintergrund in seiner Entstehung, wie THE DOLLYROTS-Bassistin und Sängerin Kelly Ogden erklärt: “It threw us for a loop in December when my dad passed away [of complications from heart disease and a type of dementia]. We had just a handful of songs written. But we managed to keep our kids happy through the holidays, and then every night we´d go into our studio and write. Somehow we wrote the best group of songs of our career in those few weeks.”
“Daydream Explosion” von THE DOLLYROTS wurde von John Fields produziert und wird am 12. Juli 2019 via Wicked Cool Records erscheinen.
