Mit „Staring At The Sun“ wird in einigen Wochen das neue Album der Post-Hardcore-Band DECAY erscheinen. Es ist das erste Album der Band aus Liverpool, die im Vorjahr mit der EP „Modern Conversation“ debütierte.
DECAY sind Sänger Daniel Reposar, die Gitarristen Connor Baugh und Nathan Peloe, Drummer Toby Hacking sowie Bassist Matthew Pickford.
„Staring At The Sun“ wurde gemeinsam mit Ian Sadler (u.a. für OHHMS tätig) aufgenommen und wird am 10. Juli 2020 via Fox Records erscheinen. Vorab gibt es mit „Comfortable“ einen Video-Clip. Zu diesem meint Sänger Daniel Reposar: “”Comfortable” is a song about coming to terms with all of the things you hate about yourself and your current life situations. To portray this we wanted to remain hidden for the majority of the video as a way to express how we often hide away all of our worst problems and worries.”
