Die Blackened Thrash Metal-Band ANTICOSM hat mit “Call of the Void” den Titeltrack ihres kommenden Albums als Video-Clip veröffentlicht. Es ist nach “Against the Cosmos” (2009) und “Anticosm” (2015) das dritte Album der Band aus New Jersey.
An den Aufnahmen für das Album waren Sänger Kirill Kovalevsky, Gitarrist Mark Siedlecki (MIDNITE HELLION), Drummer Ethan Susman und Bassist Tom Wilson beteiligt. Der neue Gitarrist Keith Romanski (ARCH-VILE) stieß erst kurz nach den Aufnahmen zur Band.
“The Call of the Void” wurde von Brendan Smith bei Brady Street Recordings in Waldwick (New Jersey) produziert. Für das Mastering zeichnet Dan Coutant verantwortlich, während Jean-Emmanuel Simoulin (u.a. für BLUT AUS NORD tätig) das Cover-Artwork beisteuerte.
Das neue ANTICOSM-Album wird am 16. August 2019 via Hell Kill Destroy Records erscheinen. Vorab gibt es weiterhin den Track “Scorched Earth” sowie das Lyric-Video “Somewhere Between Life and Death” zu hören.
