Die Melodic Death Metal-Band AMANITA VIROSA hat mit „I Walk Away“ einen zweiten Track ihres kommenden Albums „Original Plague“ veröffentlicht. Zuvor ist schon ein Lyric-Video zu „Despair Is For The Living“ erschienen.

AMANITA VIROSA-Sänger Clamors kommentiert den Track „I Walk Away“: „This is for those who take, but give nothing back. This is for the quitters and the whiners, the backstabbers and the liars. This is for empty promises. You´re all worthless.“

„Original Plague“ ist nach „Asystole“ (2015) zweite Album der Finnen, die ihren Stil auch als „Hospital Metal“ bezeichnen. Das Cover-Artwork stammt von Timo Silonsaari.

Das neue Album von AMANITA VIROSA wird am 23. August 2019 via Inverse Records erscheinen.
