PARADISE LOST veröffentlichen am 23. Mai 2008 die Live-DVD The Anatomy Of Melancholy. Zu sehen gibt es einen Konzertmitschnitt vom 12. April 2007 im Koko Club im Londoner Stadtteil Camden Die DVD erscheint als Set mit zwei DVDs und zwei CDs. Es gibt außerdem eine limitierte Auflage und eine Vinyl-Edition mit zwei LPs.
Neben des Livemitschnittes beinhaltet die DVD Interviews mit allen Band-Mitgliedern, Fan-Kommentare nach der Show im Koko, einen halbstündigen Road Movie von der Europatour im Herbst 2007 sowie das Video zum Song The Enemy.
