Der Schlagzeuger Chris Postma und die niederländische Symphonic Metal Band NEMESEA werden ab 2006 getrennte Wege gehen. Lest hier englischsprachigen Statement des Drummers:

These last few months I have been thinking a lot about my life and my future. I came to the conclusion that I want to proceed with my life, working outside of Holland.

Some time ago the band and I started to speak about my future and theirs and what we should do. NEMESEA is a very fanatic, talented and determined to reach their goal. I´ve never seen a band work so hard for their future and they are already very professional in everything they do.

During those conversations we started to see that my and NEMESEA´s ambition had become different. Drumming has always been very important to me and still is but looking at the future plans of NEMESEA, quitting seems the right thing to do.

I´m sure that I will find my happiness in the next chapter in my life. I´m also convinced that NEMESEA will reach their goals and there is a big future ahead of them. I wish them all the best!

I had a great time playing in NEMESEA and I will never forget it! I am very proud of all the things we´ve accomplished ´till now and I will probably play my last gig with tears in my eyes but it´s just the way it is.

The good news is that I will play all the NEMESEA gigs played in 2005. This is my and your chance to meet and talk and I hope we´ll do that during my last gigs.

Leaving NEMESEA doesn´t mean that I won´t play the drums anymore, I will always play them drums but on another level.

See you and take care! Chris
