BRUTAL TRUTH veröffentlichen am 22. Juni 2009 ihre erste DVD. Sie heißt "For the Ugly and Unwanted - This is Grindcore" und erscheint als DV-Digipack. 
Darauf zu sehen ist unter anderem der Auftritt beim tschechischen Obscene Extreme Festival 2007, der mit fünf Kameras gefilmt wurde. Außerdem gibt es Mitschnitte von der "Sounds of the Animal Kindgom"-Tour.
