Augenommen wurde das Album im Visceral Sounds Studio von AGORAPHOBIC NOSEBLEED-Gitarrist Scott Hull. Auf dem Album ist zum ersten Mal der neue Sänger Kat, mitgewirkt haben außerdem   J. Randall and Richard Johnson. Einge Songtitel: : "Moral Distortion", "Question Of Integrity", "Trauma Queen",  "Agorapocalypse Now" und "Flamingo Snuff".
